A good long cross country drive was required for this trip to East Anglia - however due to my mind being quite hazy I can't recall whether we stopped at a pub or not. We found some parking in a side street quite easily and had a short walk to the ground.   London Road has 1 nice big modern stand and three quite tired looking stands.  We were sat in the older side stand which had pretty dilapadated wooden seats and very little leg room.  Tony Robinson (Time Team & Baldrick in Blackadder) was actually a little to the right of me, no doubt City would hatch a cunning plan....ho ho ho!   As it was City waved the white flag after half an hour, going 0-3 down in the first half.  Despite pulling it back to 1-3, the impressive Jimmy Bullard fired in a long-range fourth to make us wonder why we had actually spent money and travelled such a long distance just to feel miserable.   On the way out of the ground a cowardly Posh fan shouted from the safety of a speeding car "You're even worse than Rovers!"...and to be honest, that day, we came close!
