Pompey go 2-0 down within 20 minutes and then Steve Stone pops up just before half time to send the 9,000 travelling fans wild. Early in the 2nd half Nigel Quashie gets put through 1-on-1 and blazes over instead of making it 2-2. 2 goals in the last 2 minutes seal the tie and put Pompey out, but they can hold their heads high. The tie had everything, goals, penalty, a David Beckham free kick and we had a goal. Great day, finished by Beckham applauding Pompey's amazing support. I also went on a tour of the Manchester Museum which was great to see.
