League Cup round one and Fletch & Joe made the trip to windy Wycome !!   A few pre match beers in the Stephen Clemence and the lads set off. Fletch purchased a large lemonade, chucked half away to fill it up with half a bottle of southern compfort and the lads where away. The lads shared the alcohol they had smuggled in on the way to the game and enjoyed watching the classic dvd ''victorys v Villa''. Fletch was entertained by the 16 year old Robbie Savage look a like he had next to him who within about twenty minutes off travelling was fast asleep with his mouth wide open. The lads stopped at the services where they got a burger king, Joe ''Stumpy'' Selfe had a meal not two long after scoffing a macces, the South African cricket team where at the service station and Joe pointed out his hate for ''Smithy'' !!   Back on the coach and the lads soon arrived at and in the ground. To there disgust but as expected there was no beer so the lads got some pop each, Stumpy Joe now set about eating the pies !!   The game soon began and a unexciting first half was lit up by Mehdi Nafti's first Blues goal in his 5th season with the club. A low shot from the edge of the area and Blues where in front. The second half began and Wycombe pressed, Colin Doyle made a fine low save to prevent a equaliser and then Blues killed the game. The impressive Gary O'Connor played in Seb Larsson who passed the ball in the net to make it 2-0. Number three soon followed with Joe in the bog Cameron Jerome headed in Stuart Parnabys cross and it was game over !! Quincy added a brilliant fourth with eight minutes to go to complete the scoring and all 400 Blues fans who had travelled went home happy !!
