Nottingham Forest | 2 Sep 1898 | Current | The club moved here from the Town Ground in 1898. The ground suffered from flooding in November 1946, forcing the club to play one home match at Meadow Lane. Flooding also occurred later in the season in March 1947 but on this occasion did not, as far as is known, entail the playing of home matches at any other venue. In 1968 the main stand burned down and five home games were also played at Meadow Lane. | |
