Toyed with going the game for days but didn''t know if I''d finish work in time. The timeline was also tight and I new I''d hit rush hour. Eventually went via Liverpool and the M62 and although I had been worried about parking things panned out perfectly arriving with just under half an hour to kick off I managed to find street parking nearby. I was told paying on the turnstiles I wouldn''t get a match ticket but after talking to staff I was allowed to buy one. No segregation tonight so I traversed the ground before sitting in the main stand near halfway. The burger van did an unusual hotdog called something like grandads sausage, bit confusing but gist was you''d get a choices of Italian, chilli or English breakfast sausage on a hotdog roll. Generally entertains both sides missed chances and both keepers made saves but Blythe took the lead into half time but as the goal went in the linesman drew attention to the fact he couldn''t carry on leading to a tannoy announcement for a replacement and around a 15minute delay. Think Blythe scored their second from a tap in before fcum sub pulled one back with a header I think was his first touch. The best was saved till last with a 20yarder into the top corner. Only down side was a diversion due to the M62 being closed at one point.
