First game for Ashville since one of their players collapsed on the pitch with a heart attack, luckily he got the help he needed and hopefully is on the mend. The visitors looked better first half with the pacey no9 causing all sorts of problems and some robust challenges led to a few heated flare ups. In my opinion the host keeper didn''t cover himself in glory flapping at a cross that was eventually hit home in a crowded box off the right hand post( Moran 4), McGlynn 29 added a second with a shot that the keeper got a weak hand too but went through him and bounced into the net. He did have a shot at redemption saving a penalty before halftime after the 9 Brandy was tripped. Ashville had a fairer share of possession second half but couldn''t find the net. A few ugly challenges eventually led to the home no4(Maldon) getting a second yellow with the Cheadle no9 got a yellow in the same challenge.
