This is the only match I have refereed where the teams didn''t change ends at halftime. Eddy Grant who owns Ice Records was making a film about his music & things he loves and the film crew wanted us to play both halves the same way for continuity. Ice Records played in the Music Industry League normally and I was their Referees Secretary. I met lots of celebrities from the music industry but Eddy Grant was the most straightforward and down to earth, in my opinion. If he made a promise, he made sure it was kept. I''ve always loved his music too from the time of ''Baby Come Back'' by The Equals -a number one hit in the UK in 1968.
