What an absolutely brilliant night courtesy of Charlie (by Christmas present). Museum tour (hilarious photo of Charlie with Didier !!) and then full hospo in the Zola Suite. Execllent service and we managed to clear 3 bottles of red wine between us in addition to the champagne, beer and my one JD. The train journey home was quick !!!
This is a superb stadium. It was the first time I had been there since probably 1967 and it's a bit different. A proper gladatorial football arena and under lights it looked magnificent. Behind us we had some real die-hard Cheslea fans and they were amusing and fun to be with throughout the game - even when Chelsea lost.
