A first visit to the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff for the Pool D qualifier. What a fantastic venue situated in the middle of Cardiff barely 5 minutes from the railway station. A wonderful, vibrant atmosphere, everywhere was green. Better still the roof was to improve the noise. Ireland raced into a 29-0 half time lead securing a bonus point by 35 minutes. Canada earned a big cheer with their 68th minute try. Lots of congestion after the game with the train station struggling to cope with the sheer numbers.
