Match no. 340. Debutant David Johnson put England ahead on 8 minutes but Wales took the lead with two quickfire goals from John Toshack (55) and Arfon Griffiths (56). Brian Little came on as a sub on 73 minutes and provided the pass for Johnson to equalise 12 minutes later. Unfortunately for Little, those 17 minutes of fame transpired to be the sum total of his England career.
