This was a change of kick off from 3pm Saturday 1 March (St David''s Day) to a Sunday for Sky Sports TV. We departed Llantwit Major at 8.50am Colin and I now go to games bearing no colours which helps us to blend in with our surroundings. On arrival around 1.45pm we walked to find a pub which we duly found on the High Street called The Ship, we watched the League Cup Final had a few ales and then went to the game. We were very unlucky to come away without a point as Spurs scored in the first half with a rapier attack of one twos which left Roberto Soldado the simplest of touches to tap the ball into the net in their only attack of the match. Cruel but this is the Premiership.

Match no. 1137. Cardiff wore red shirts and white shorts for this game. This had been their first choice colours, instead of their traditional blue shirts, at the behest of their owner, since 2012. He had also changed the club''s nickname from the Bluebirds to the Red Dragons. After vehement and sustained protests from supporters they reverted to both the traditional colours and nickname in 2015.
